Default Death Certificate reads

Hello,

My grandsons father and his friend died of a drug indused hear attack on the 17th of last month. My daughter told me today the cause of death was determined as of yesterday. The toxicology screens show excesive amounts of sentinol. What is that drug.
I have over the last 30 + years done alot of drugs and should have been in his position (perminately horizontal) many times. But for the grace of God I am not. I have never heard of this drug but have heard of secinol (Reds). She said thgis is used after abdominal surgeries. Is it a pain killer? What is this?

Thanks
