Default darvocet vs vicodin

are these pills similar in effect?
do you physically feel the same on
both? my dr prescribed vicodin for
a crushed disc in my back and the
pain killing portion was very
effective, but the stomach problems
outweighed the loss of pain. he has
since prescribed me darvocet and i
am reluctant to try it b/c of all the
warnings. do the pills act the same?

thank you

These are both narcotics (opiates). They will give the user a euphoric buzz for the first few months of use but then they start to have the opposite effect which is why people end up oding on them because they keep taking handfulls of them to try and get that feeling back.Be very careful with these drugs. When used properly they are safe and effective but abuse them and they will make your life hell.....Dave
