First off, what dosages are we talking about. if it's 5mg percs and dravocet N-100, your equivilancy is roughly accurat. However. 3 darvocets is a lot more apap (Tylenol) than one perc, and too much apap can do serious damage to your livir and can be fatal. propoxyphene (the narcotic in darvocet) can be toxic at high doses, moreso than other opiates, and that severly opiate tolorant individuals could reach toxic doses before achieving adaquate pain relief. It is a very bad idea to take large amounts of this drug, even if you have built up a tolorance, so don't take more than directed.
