My doc prescribed me 10 mg. Cyclobenzaprine, one in the morning, and one at night, but I can NOT take it in the mornin' or I'll pass out standing up!
Anyway, it was Rx'd to me for chronic back pain, and insomnia. Two birds with one stone, or somethin' like that, right?

My question is this.. Has ANYONE taken this drug and felt the following side effect:

Restless Body Syndrome. Like your whole body wants to be put on a rack, and be stretched. Can't relax, it's AWFUL. But it seems to come right before the deep sleep.


I'm so curious if others have felt this creepy crawly sensation I have.

Yes, but only when I took too much. It's a horrible feeling, like you want to tense all your muscles up and fall asleep just as they relax. IMO flexeril is garbage. Ambien is great for sleep as is Xanax and it works wonders as a pain killer for me however finding a Dr. who will prescribe them is a hassle because of all the abusers. I've taken Xanax fr 7 yrs now and it honesty fixes everything from my depression to back pain, pms, and migraines, not to mention practically nonexistant panic attacks nowadays.

I take Xanax as well. Can I mix the two? Flexeril and Xanax? Cause Xanax only helps my anxiety and insomnia.
