CT Scan Contrast question I had a CT Scan done the other day to identify a lump on my collar bone. They had to give me contrast so they could see it.
Now, what kind of side effects can you have from the contrast, and how long do they last?
Reason I'm asking is ever since I had it done (which was Thursday afternoon) I've had this weird lump in the back of my throat, an odd taste (can't even describe it) in my mouth, and last night I had severe hot/cold flashes as well as a racing heart.
Mose of the side effects are gone today except for the lump and odd taste.
Can anyone spread some light on the situation? I would have called my doctor, but sadly her office was closed today.
Do I need to list and of the medication's I take to help y'all out? |
