Coumadin/Warfarin

Anybody out there know if Coumadin can cause blister's and a rash on scalp ?
My Hubby has had this ever since open heart surgery and put on Coumadin..but everything I look up doesn't say it causes this rash.
Not even a Dermatologist can figure this out, So I thought maybe some of you might know.
