Default Combination medications

Hi....I was recently diagnosed with H. Pylori infection and have been prescribed doxcycline and metroindazole to clear it up!!! However, I am scared to take these meds, due to numerous allergies to a lot of other antibiotics. Has anyone taken these together before, if so were there any side effects? Any info would be helpful!! Thanks[:I]

Other people's reactions to these drugs won't help you at all. Each person reacts differently. As long as you told your doctor AND your pharmacist what meds you are allergic to, you should take the meds. No one can predict whether you will be allergic to doxycycline and/or metrondiazole, but if you dont take them, not only will you not get better, you won't know.

What do you mean my prescription's not ready??
