Default Cipro/Duradrin/Altace/Ambein

I am experiencing:
1) Headache [increasing over time, have most of the time].
2) Stomach Pain especially under sternum [pressure].
3) Back pain at or near kidneys.
4) Vertigo [eaxcerbation of BPPV].
5) Tired most of the time.
6) Rash on rear-end [treated with ketoconazole & Lotrisone].

The condition has worsened after a recent switch from Levaquin 500mg once daily to Cipro 500mg twice daily. Increased dizziness and increases my vertigo (I have BPPV), generalized pain in stomach and expecially in kidney area upon standing. Ultrasound indicated a liver at the maximum size (I am an 80 year old male, do not drink or smoke) for normal, a 10cm cyst on right kidney which has been present for several years, and the liver has some fatty deposits (possible cirrhosis?). My prostrate is infected after a recent check (hence the Cipro - was Levaquin but family doctor wanted to switch to Cipro), and I have been on Cipro fluoroquinolone for (1) week after (1) week of Levaquin. My questions:

1) Should I stop taking Duradrin and take only simple aspirin or APAP to avoid interactions?
2) Should I continue with Cipro therapy, replacing Levaquin with Cipro for the (2) week period?
3) Are these drugs causing side-effects that are causing all my problems and so should I stop taking everything except antibiotic and simple pain relievers (aspirin/APAP)?
4) Are these side effects normal and as such, such they tend to reduce iver time?
5) Should I find another doctor willing to aggressively treat my symptoms?

I was on Levaquin (sister drug to Cipro) a couple weeks ago for a UTI, once a day like yourself. Also was on Ambien (now out). It seemed like I had nausea from Levaquin...felt sick.
