I need to know the inactive ingredients for Locholest. I can't find a pdf file of Locholest's package insert anywhere on the web. I could find Cholestyramine by Par on the web but Sandoz's i had to request it from them by email.

I'm not sure who's the maker of Locholest, on walgreens.com says Locholest is by Warner, but on other sites says Locholest is made by Sandoz. I emailed Sandoz requesting both inserts for Cholestyramine and Locholest and they only sent me Cholestyramine (which says it's by Eon Labs in the pdf insert).
Cholestyramine's inactive ingredients vary by manufacturer.
Some of us want to avoid certain ingredients like fructose, sorbitol, pectin.

Eon Labs/Sandoz:
Inactive ingredients: citric acid anhydrous, fructose, mono ammonium glycyrrhizinate, pectin, propylene glycol alginate, sorbitol, sucrose, xanthan gum, natural and artificial orange flavor, D&C Yellow No. 10 aluminum lake, FD&C Yellow No. 6 aluminum lake.

Par Pharmaceutical:
Cholestyramine for Oral Suspension USP contains the following inactive ingredients: acacia, citric acid, D&C Yellow No. 10, FD&C Yellow No. 6, flavor (natural and artificial Orange), polysorbate 80, propylene glycol alginate and sucrose.
