Default Changed timing of zoloft medication

I've been taking zoloft for about 3 yrs now (moderate depression). Starting at 50mg, I'm now taking 200mg per day & it works well. I was recently advised to take it in the morning not before bedtime. Since switching to the mornings, i've experienced a lot of lightheadedness. Any idea??

Ya it is a discontinuation syndrome, and should resolve in a few days. Why did you have to switch?
