Default change from clexa to wellbutrin

I have just had my clexa changed to wellbutrin and wondered if anyone else has made a change like that? I am hopping that it will work like the clexa did without weight gain etc. I have heard it is a stop smoking drug so not sure why I would be given it as i dont smoke. Also my pharmanet didnt cover this as all my other drugs are kinda wonder why? Not sure if anyone will know the answers but if you do thanks.

Sometimes the info the dr and pharmasist give you is so hard to understand as i dont know dr lingo.
