Celexa & Wellbutrin combined??

Hello I have recently, approx. 3 weeks ago started 10mg. per day of Celexa for anxiety, I feel better already but I do have a couple of side effects from it so the Dr. added 100mg of Wellbutrin per day in addition. Is it safe to mix these, I do not have any idea about these types of drugs. Thanks for any help in advance.
