There isn't much a drug interaction (it is negligible so I wont even scare you with that, haha) so they are fine to take together. If possible, try to avoid eating or drinking grapefruit juice near the time that you take
buspar as it may caused increased levels of the drug in your body than there should be. I am going to make an assumption that just taking
celexa wasn't working so he is trying to use two different drugs in the hopes of a better effect. They both increase amounts of serotonin in your body but in different ways, any more detail would probably be hard to follow, but the point is he is trying to attack the same mechanism (the serotonin) in two different ways and you might get a better result. As far as talking to people about what worked for them, to be honest every person is very unique on these types of drugs in the sense that some drugs work better for some than others, so you basically have to keep trying different things and see what works. Obviously the drugs that work the best and on the most people are tried first, but overall you just got to try and see what works. Best of luck!
