Hi Everyone,
I am new to this so please forgive me if I do it wrong.Is it Ok to break cardizem LA 360 in half.My dose is 180 but I have been given 360 mg tabs.Thought of breaking them in half to save money.Thanks for your help..

It's supposed to be swallowed whole, not broke, crushed or chewed. I'm not sure why this is, it doesn't sound like a controlled release pill. I would call the pharmacy and ask why they can't be broke in half.
