Default CAN YOUR BODY METOBOLISE ONE DRUG AND TURN IT INT

i took hydrocodone and in a drug screen hydromorphone showed up..
is it possible for your body to turn one drug into the other or could i get a false positive

Yes it is. Drug tests test for the presence of a drug and/or drug metabolites, or what you body metabolizes the drug into. Hydromorphone is a metabolite of hydrocodone, though it is not believed to be the primary cause of action of hydrocodone. So hydrocodone could very well trigger positive for hydromorphone.
