I believe i took too much zantrex-3. I didn't finally come down from the high untill 3am. The next day I took one pill. After that I started feeling strange. It became hard to swallow I have saliva very dry month. I started to feel better last night and I decided to have a cup of coffee, Whoa after that I started to feel a little strange. I went to the emergency room the doc said that it is the caffeine. I had too much. I don't drink pop, I don't drink coffee on a regular basis. He said there was nothing he could do, I just have to wait it out. okay now about how long to I have to wait untill the dryness in my mouth goes away. It is very annoying hard to sleep, tough to eat. about a week.

Sorry to hear about all your trouble! I had an experience like yours. I took ephedra tablets for a diet and I couldn't sleep or eat at all! When I stopped taking it - it took 2 weeks to feel normal again and since then I only take a half tab of ephedra and do not drink any coffe or have any other stimulants while I am on it. Don't worry you'll return to normal very soon! it's not forever even though it feels like it when you can sleep!
