Biaxin Xl and prozac

Do these two meds interact? I have been on Prozac 40 mgs for quite a while. And, was doing great on it, until after I came off of three weeks of Biaxin XL 500 mgs twice a day. I have had periods of disorientation, confusion, and depression since then. I just don;t know what to think. And, I have had some horrible thoughts. What is anyone's thoughts on this?
