For me the Percocet works the best. As for the Norcos and the lorcets they both have the same amount of hydro in them but the Norco has less apap (tylenol).

Percocet contains oxycodone as the narcotic analgesic ingredient.
Lortab and Norco contain hydrocodone as the narcotic analgesic ingredient.
Oxycodone is more potent than hydrocodone.

Percocet, Lortab and Norco all contain acetaminophen, which can be harmful to the liver if taken in excess. The maximum dosage for acetaminophen is 4000 mg per day (in divided doses).

Both have the same amount of hydrocodone. Not a big difference.
