Default benzo overdose

A friend of mine took 4mg of clonazepam and .5mg of alprazolam in a 12 period. He is not a regular user, and is still experiencing lapses in time and extreme fatigue 3 days later. Has anyone experienced anything like this before? When can he expect the affects of these meds to wear off?

thanks

He should start to feel better anyday now.I hope your friend realizes how dangerous this stunt was.Look at it this way,if you stay at a slot machine and keep pullin the arm down eventually your going to hit the jackpot. It could be on your first pull or your one thousanth but it will happen except his jackpot is death!!!

Is it possible there is something wrong with your friend? I take 4 mg of Clonazapam every night. 4 mg even for someone who has never taken the medication is not and OD. Why did he take the meds? Is it possible he is self medicating an actual mental illness?

He should not be feeling the effects 3 days later. Is it possible he took more or combined it with alcohol?

I once OD'd on 500 mg of clonazapam (suicide attempt) [xx(] and I was out of the hospital in a week and able to function normally.

Hurting

that really is not a large serving of benzo's, yes the 4 mg of clonopin is strong, but should notlast more than 8 hrs, and you most likely would wake up w/ a benzo headache, but, i know people prescribed 2mg clonozopam 3 daily
