Does anyone take Bellamine S for hot flashes? My doctor says they will help get off estrogen and I was just wondering if anyone else has heard that. Also, are there any side effects from this medicine?

I take it and I absolutely love it. I do not do HRT at all. I also had trouble sleeping and night sweats prior to taking this. The problem I am having now, is that it is difficult to find. One pharmacist told me it is no longer made.
I also have been taking this, or a form of this, for the past year and a half. I was told it is not made any more and now the hot flashes at night are back in full force. It is not worth being off of this. Has anyone had any luck anywhere with anything. THe last generic drug that was prescibed was eperbel-s and now it is gone also.
