Default Ativan and Pregnancy

I have quick question about Ativan. This week my wife and I were on a flight and she does not like to fly. She is in the middle of her 2nd trimester and weighs about 130lbs. Because of her fear of flying my wife decided to take 1mg of Ativan before the flight. This is the only time she ever took the medication while pregnant and will not be taking it for the remainder of the pregnancy.

Do we have have anything to be concerned about because of this one time dose? After the fact, I did some research on the internet and found out it was a Pregnancy Category D and am starting to worry a little.

Thanks.
Bill
