anything better than dextrostat for adhd

i have been on Ritlan, Adderall and now Dextrostat for my ADHD and am wondering if there was anything that will last longer and possibly take less of a dose than Dextrostat? All the others seem to have worked for the first month, then made me even more impatient. Dextostat so far has been ok, but it does'nt stay consistant in my system throughout the day.
