Default Antibiotics and birth control

I was prescribed generic cipro (ciprofloxacin HCL) and on the bottle there is a little warning strip that says this:

"Certain medications (antibiotics, antinfectives) may alter the effectiveness of birth control pills"

I was wondering if anybody knows if it means pills only, or if depo-provera would be included. I look up advanced consumer info on the pills and it didn't say anything about birth control.

It's not a waste of time to enjoy the time you waste.
