I have two questions. # 1...I have heard that while taking an antibiotic you should use a second form of birth control. I took Zithromax back on 1/25. How long is a second form of birth control needed. I started a new pack of pills back to back so I would not start my period. I started the second pack on Feb. 6th.

# 2 Due to a relapse I am now on a second antibiotic.. Spectracef. Is there a need for a second form with this one?

Pretty much any antibiotic would require you to use a second form of birth control
