Lortab (hydrocodone) is an opiad, whether or not they test for it depends on the number of panels in the test, typically for pre-employment and random emp tests they don't check for
hydrocodone. The standard test does check for
codeine,
morphine and heroin. Codeine and heroin metabolizes into morphine, a true opiate (from the
opium poppy), where as hydro and oxy are synthetic opiades and require a specific test for. The Standard test mainly looks for illicit drugs. I guess you would need to know how many panels are in the test they use.
