Anitbiotics and Seasonique. Can I take them on my period week?

Can I take antibiotics during my week of low-estrogen pills? I have antibiotics for when I have bad acne and I would only need to take one pill to clear up. Can I do it?

Secondly, I take seasonique wellbutrin and adderall.
would wellbutrin and adderall be the reason Ive had such bad migrains? If so, can I take a medication for migrains instead of switching out of wellbutrin? I really like not feeling the urge to smoke.
