Default Ambien

Does anyone no what one could do if hw is dependent on Ambiem. I no see my doctor, but thought maybe someone may have had this problem before. I am disabled and have alot of problems and on some serious medications also as well as pain meds. My doctor has prescribed Ambien for me 30 a month. So I am assuming that it is safe and no problem, but unable to take naps in the afternoon since I have become dependent on Ambien. Please email me as I have problems with my right side like typeing and such so because of a stroke recently, and email would be quicker for me to find a reply to this. Thank you
