am i alright

i did heroin last night for the first time ever. i did one line, i snorted it. it was fun. i was really drunk too. the next day (today) i was fine, until about 6 o'clock. my heart started racing i coulddn't breathe right, and i was so dizzy and confused. i told my parents and they told me to drink water and eat bananas--my dad is a doctor. he says i will probably be fine, but that heart beat (SVT) can kill you, and it ocud happen again. i think they are just trying to scare me, but i cant stop worrying.
is the next day effect normal/heard of?
will i be okay?
what can i do, why did that happen?
can it happen again?

Dont to herion!! Herion is a BAD drug, yeah ive done it before, I loved it so much, i got a free trip to jail for it. Yeah, After the first few days, u get sweaty, and heart race's, I dont know about eating a banana's, ur dad must be a moneky. I would simmply lower my dose to the H, and if yo still haven problems, theres help out there, and trust me,Some of those methadone place's hook you up to.
