I've been given Altovis and it is an energy pill...wut does that mean, can you become dependent, and you abuse it, and does it have side effects...if someone can please help I'd appreachate it...

Altovis consists of a combination of green tea leaf extract (provides 100 mg caffeine), cordycepts extract (mycelium), Eleutherococcus senticosus/Panax ginseng standardized extracts (root), vinpocetine (from vocanga tree seeds), and octacosanol.
The caffeine content is about the same as a cup of coffee. Watch out if you take it regularly and then stop suddenly - you can get caffeine withdrawal headaches.
Altovis blows I bought some from Berkely phamacuticals , It was probelly the biggest waste of money. I would tell anybody thinking about it ,its not worth the money its just caffine and a few other herbs. My opinion is it sucks.
