Can either Albuterol Inhaler or Primatene Mist Epinephrine Inhalation Aerosol Bronchodilator leave any trace of cocaine in a person's system?

I would say it is highly doubtful. I have used abuterol inhalers for years and it had never been listed as causing any kind of reaction on a drug test in the pharmacy pamphlet, the PDR or any online references and the other does not list such things either.

If a drug causes such a thing they are required to tell you in the patient information so you can make sure to notify the tester that you are on those meds in case they cause some weird positives to show up. For instance, I am on Neurontin for pain and it specifically warns that it may cause a false positive on some tests and another drug my husband is taking for depression can cause a false THC positive.
