advice for my crohn's disease pain

i have crohn's disease, have since 2000. i can only take tylenol
. no other over the counter meds like naproxen or ibeuprofin.
anyone have any advice on what has worked for you or other people you know who have medical problems or chronic pain to manage? my email is ouchshots@yahoo.com
