is there stronger adderall pills?...does the mg affect the strength or is it jus bigger dosage? are all adderalls the same?

i have a 20mg xr adderall capsule...how is it different from adderall 20mg or 30mg...is it just the dose?

Please see my other post, the XR is a sustained release, so while the dosage may be the same or higher than what you were taking of regular Adderall, you can actually have less of the drug in your system at once.
