adderall with risperdal-possible interaction

I take quite a few psych drugs as I have schizoaffective disorder and ADD. Something weird has happened with my adderall. I just recently was taken off risperdal consta injections after 2 yrs of therapy. I noticed after a lil while that my adderall seemed to be stronger than usual. Did a lil research and found they both work on dopamine...one blocks it and one blocks reuptake. But there are no reported interaction between the two. Has anyone else seen anything similar??
