A friend of mine recently received a perscription to Adderall, which he immeaditly began selling at two dollars a pill. I took five and felt great for a few hours. Later into the day, another friend mentioned that adderall and speed were exactly the same, since they're both amphetamines. I'm curious about how true this is. Are they exactly the same? Is one more dangerous than the other?

Yes its an amphetamine. prescribed for ADD/ADHD or narcolepsy.
If taken as prescribed, it shouldnt be dangerous. but taking 5 like you said isnt cool. because that could be dangerous for your kidneys and liver, like "street speed"[xx(].
