In tons of pain today... here I thought I was going to be saving money on not buying so much drugs, but I've been in the chriopracter every single day with little guarntee of success. Oh well. Such is life...

Struggling a bit right now, I also ended a 3.5 year relationship a few days prior to kicking so emotions are going crazy. I just hope I can sleep, that's all I want. I can deal with the pain!

Don't worry about the benadryl after 3 1/2 years of RX pain pills, methadone and xanax. I know that you're being serious and trying to do what's right but I have to get a little humor here occasionally. I did the same thing as you are doing. We abuse drugs for years then wonder if it's okay to take something like benadryl.

Don't worry about the cash that's going to see the chiropractor. It will catch up with itself by NOT using pain pills. You can't spend at the dr what you spent on the street buying drugs. Keep doing the next right thing and everything will work out for the best. God bless.

Doing my best, each and every moment. The accelerated brain activity is absolutely stunning. It FAR surpasses any feeling any ********ing pill EVER gave me.

I'm in a ton of pain, my back is difficult to deal with, but I have made the right choice and will continue to make the right choice.

Nothing holds me down now, nothing... some moments suck, I got an hour of extreme panic about an hour, but as I've already said I am now embracing these showings of bottled up (no pun intended) emotions. This is what it is like to be human...

Still going pretty strong here, body aches at times, a bit of anxiety on rare occurrences but nothing too crazy.

I've been unable to sleep naturally since I stopped which is starting to get inside my head a bit.

I used Xanex for the first 10 days, and then Ambien for the last 4-5. They gave me 10MG pills, and it say to take one..but I need two. I'll call the Dr to let him know today.

I requested the CR (control release) because they KEPT me along asleep longer, but for some reason they didn't prescribe the CR's - I will have to call them and see what's up.
