Withdrwal from fairly high dose tricyclic (lofepramine)

I have withdrawn over 10 days, not totally off yet, I don't feel too bad. I am taking 5HTP and SJW (correct amounts so as to avoid Serotonon syndrome !) I expected to feel bad, physically and mentally. Can I assume I'm okay ? how long until I can stop taking a reduced dose (I've gone from 210mg per day to 35 per day (last seven days) I know drugs have an afterlife so should I keep on with a low dose ????
