willow bark extract and prednsione?

I was wondering I used this blemish gel today it is caled Heath&Henry blemish gel, and I just saw that it had willow bark extract in it. I am taking prednisone and I wanted to know if it was ok that I used this blemish gel on my face with it containing willow bark extract. Does anyone know anything about this? I feel dumb because I didn't see that willow bark was one of the components till now. Thanks for any answers!
