It worked for me..at least so far. On lisonpryl I averaged 136/86 to 140/88 (unless I was extremely stressed then it would go up from there). After a few days of the Mukta Vati my reading was 118/76. This was taken within 15 minutes of waking up. Today, 1 week 2 days after beginning Mukta Vati my BP was 132/78. I knew it was up a bit because of a slight sinus feeling headache..we just brought our 2nd kid home (yesterday) from the hospital and the first one was running all over the place giving Dad a headache! I bet if I took it just out of bed it would have been similar to the first check. I've been very happy. I hope it continues so I can show the doctor on my next visit in November. I would like to come off the pharma drug. Good luck!

This is a wonderful ayurvedic medicine.My father had very high B.P around 160/100 and now his B.P is around 110/60 having used this for almost 4months.The ayurvedic doctor says he can discontinue mukta vati after a month.Who said there is no cure for High b.p
