Herbalife

Hi, I'm new to this forum, and I have a question about the product Herbalife.

I am currently taking retalin for Adult ADD, and I was wondering if that would interact negatively with the Herbalife "Total control", there is no ephedra in there, some natural caffine, and phenylalanine.

Any help with be greatly appreciated.[:I]

I don't know too much about the interactions between Ritalin (Methyl Phenidate Hydrochloride) and Caffeine, but I do know that they are both CNS (Central nervous system) stimulants, so to use the two together would be either a problem or a 'good time'. In other words, I highly recommend not using caffeine whilst undergoing treatment on Ritalin. Moderation of Caffeine use should be O.K, though. I am also on Ritalin, as well as Detamphetamine, and I find 2 cups of coffee in the morning is sufficient, and that amounts to approximately 100 mg of caffeine. Check the caffiene levels on your 'HERBALIFE' product. I hope I have been helpful.
