I just got a sample today of GelStat Arthritis, it has Feverfew and Ginger in it for pain and inflammation. I am not sure how well it works but many people tout it for these uses.
My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~
Ya it is true that ginger may help in fighting inflamation and pain in the joints. Ginger has a lot of nutrients present like aminoacids, essential fatty acids, iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus etc. You may check this article http://www.drugdelivery.ca/forum/ShowPost-8065.aspx for more details in this regard.
Ginger is also good for upset stomach and motion sickness. Ginger not only helps with inflammation, but helps to relax the blood vessels and lowers blood pressure.
