Smile Blood Sugar Control
I am a type 2 diabetic, I have heard that Cinnamon Extract 20:1, 150 mg or Alpha Lipoic Acid 100 mg are good for blood sugar balance. Which one is the better product to use? Right now I'm on long acting insulin and Gluconorm 1.0mg. I am seeing my Dr. monday, should I talk to him about this as well?
