I'm taking both. I've been on
Wellbutrin 300mg for three years. The Lexipro is for genealized anxiety (I'm a grad student starting an internship) and my Wellbutrin has been upped to 450/day. I've been on it for a month and because of the Wellbutrin (according to my Dr.) I saw relief within three-four days. I have lost a few pounds but nothing to brag about. When I first went on Wellbutrin, I lost 50+ pounds that have quietly returned! I have more energy and notice my anxiety is at a normal level and no longer crippling me. Good luck to you!
