Her famaly doctor thought the Jaw Clenching may be due to anxiety and I was told ( by her physician) that
Lexapro was a SAFE anti anxiety medication with no side effects.
Has anyone split their dose twice a day instead of once while trying to taper off of lexapro?. It seems that my daughter gets real anxious after giving her Lexapro at bedtime as it was prescribed and is having trouble sleeping. Does anyone take their Lexapro in AM?
My daughter only has the mania for about ten days after her dose is tapered. This appears to be a drug induced mania not bi polar as she never had this behavior ever prior to the Lexapro tapering. Once the weaning is past about 14 days the mania goes away until the next taper.
