If you have only been on Xanax for a couple of months, you may be a bit shakey and nervous, but try to hang in there. Xanax, a benzodiazapine, has some of the worst withdrawls on the planet, including seizures, coma and death.
If you can stay off of them now, for good, do it. Stopping just gets harder. For long term users it takes about 1 month for every year you were taking it to feel "normal" again. Taking as directed or more
of the drug will get the same bad results. Just try to hang in there and don't take any more. I don't know your history, but if the Xanax for 2 months is all you are dealing with, you should not have too hard of a time. Good Luck
