My husband has been taking
percocets for the past 3 years. He began at one or two per day, 3 years ago. At his worst (just last month) he was taking 45-50 percocets per day. He finally stopped last month, but he is having a really difficult time with the withdrawal symptoms. The first week was the worst. He is now into week 3 of being clean, but he still has a fever all day, every day (99.4). He also has body aches all day, every day. He cannot sleep and he is either anxious or exhausted thoughout the day. We both thought the withdrawal symptoms would be gone by now. Does anyone know how much longer he will have to suffer with these symptoms?
