It's tough to say FOR SURE what is causing the problem. I don't know what dose of methadone you were on but high doses can linger for a long time and cause pain similar to what you describe. I use caution saying that however as a few months should be more than long enough for that to subside. At the same time I don't know what dose of suboxone you were on as when we jump off if we have not tapered off properly that can also have lingering effects on us. The liklihood of suboxone causing this after only three months use is also unlikely unless you were at a very high dose when you stopped therapy. What was your ending dose of suboxone???

I am not an advocate AT ALL of using adderall to stay awake. If it's used for a medicinal purpose as intended by the drug manufacturer it has a positive benefit. But I doubt you will find it recommended anywhere to use adderall just for staying awake. Amphetamines can cause symptoms as you describe and this is the most likely cause of your problems based solely on what you have shared. Sleeplessness, body pain, restlessness, these are all symptoms of amphetamine use. We would require more information to provide you with more answers.
