We are on the right track and I believe a big part of it is in our heads. I am glad we have this forum to use as support. I also don't think it is an accident we found each other here. I also find myself thinking about you guys during the day that's why I got back on here now in the middle of the day to see what you have posted . We will be successful I feel I have no choice really & I have pretty much used up my old way of thinking. Like Robert said my old pleasure seeking self is hard to deal with. I have only taken the 8mg. so far today & I will take the other 4mg. this evening & I am going to try & stay right there. Take care .......
