You are doing exactly what I did to lower my dose this week. I stayed in bed late and held off late as I could on that morning dose. I only took mine this morning as I have two appointments to go on. Otherwise, I would do the same today. I can see this is harder when working. Guess I will have to carry one, or a piece of one with me when I work if I don't take it in the morning before I leave.
I was at a place where I was feeling really good and comfortable when I started. Then I held off to late late morning or so and took about a 1/4 of what I had been taking. I would try to not take anymore until bedtime, or just before. I had no problem with that until it hit on I think the third night. That was when I started waking up and doing some night sweating, tossing and turning, all that kind of stuff. Wasn't really sick, just getting pretty uncomfortable.
When I got up after that bad night all I did was take my regular morning dose I was taking before I started cutting back one time. Then I was back to my regular reduced amount. I have done that and I had no problems last night and feel fine today. Hope this helps.
