As far as I know, the only gluten-free birth control is
Alesse. Most bcs have modified food/corn/tapioca starch or a gluten-containing coating. If you are gluten-intolerant and not celiac, the starch containing bcs might be ok. I have NOT found a gluten-free casein-free birth control pill and am currently using the Nuva Ring which I absolutely LOVE. Good luck!
