Scince I am a woman I cannot offer alot of advice here however, Increased sensativity is a common side effect of Lexapro discontinuation. I experienced increase in sensativity sexually also, it was almost painful; uncomfortable at least. For me that sort of came and went and wasnt constant, it only lasted about a week maybe a little longer. There is another thread in this forum called lexapro withdrawl started by auntybiotic; That thread has several men who post frequently who have gone off of Lexapro, perhaps if you post there you may get more help with this issue.
